Dear Mr Yoga,

We are from Geist Event Organizer. We hereby apologize profusely for this inconvenience. We would like to cancel the reservation venue that we were booked on September 15^th, 2020. We reserve the outdoor venue and all facilities.

 

This cancellation is due to the changing needs of our client's. Based on the results of survey by our team two days ago at your venue, the venue does not match with your business letter, which you state that your venue has a beautiful beach view. But in reality, there is no beaches around your venue. Our concept of the event has changed so we are forced to do this for the convenience of our customers. We are loyal to customer complaints and we hope you understand if my clients wants the beach view in their event.
