 Dear Mrs Sabela

We are from Geist Event Organizer, according on the governor's policy letter number 7194 of 2020 about guidance on the spread of covid-19. We apologize profusely for the inconvenience. We would like to cancel the reservation of our booking on February2^nd, 2020. We booked 15 suites rooms for May 3^rd-7^th,  2020. Our booking number is 01102020FBR.

This cancellation due to ongoing covid-19 pandemic. If we were forced to keep holding, the risk would be very high. We are very concerned about the safety of our customer. We was really looking forward to offer our client for staying at your hotel, but we guess it wasn't meant to be this time around. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. We really appreciate your understanding.
